摘要
针对连铸非稳态浇铸过程中结晶器液位波动较大的问题,提出模糊控制与PID控制混合控制的控制策略,利用模糊控制器与PID控制器的并行结构,并设计相应的模块解决系统扰动和时变等问题。仿真结果表明了设计方法的可行性与有效性。
In order to solve the problem of severe liquid level fluctuation in the mold in the process of transient casting the present paper puts forward a composite control srategy which combines the fuzzy control with the PID control in view of the characteristics of the parallel structure of the fuzzy controller and the PID hybrid controller and then designs out the relative modules to solve the problems of the disturbance and time variation of the system. The results of simulation well demonstrate the feasibility and availability of the design method.
