摘要
针对大型稀有金属板材真空退火炉加热工艺特点以及炉室容积大、加热温区多、检测与控制不一致性等,提出基于Fuzzy-PID的控温与均温策略,并进行了实际控温与均温控制测试分析。生产运行表明,系统实现温度高精确度和多温区高均温性的控制,对提高稀有金属板材的真空退火质量具有重要意义。
Taking account of the features of the heating process of a vacuum annealing furnace for large-size rare metal plates,such as the big volume of furnace chamber,many heating zones at different temperatures and the inconsistency between detecting and controlling results,a Fuzzy-PID based strategy for temperature controlling/homogenizing was proposed and put into tests with the results analyzed.Actual running in production revealed that the strategy is available to implement the high-accuracy temperature control and high-homogeneity control of heating zones at different temperatures systematically,which is of importance to the improvement of the vacuum annealing quality of rare metal plates.
