摘要 针对稀有金属管材半连续真空退火工艺和控制要求,采用研华工控机(IPC)作上位机,可编程控制器S7-300(PLC)和可编程温度控制仪Eurotherm 3504作为下位机,构成IPC+PLC+智能仪表集散控制系统(DCS),该系统实现了退火过程的工艺参数检测与全过程优化控制,在生产中取得显著效果,在钛、锆等稀有金属加工领域有广泛的应用前景。 To meet the requirements for the semicontinuous annealing process of rare metal tubes and especially the coutrol of those process parameters, a DCS system (decentralization-centralization system) was developed introducing an IPC610H IPC (industrial process controller) as upper monitor with the S7-300 PLC and the Eurotherm 3504 programmable temperature controller as lower monitors in combination with an intelligent instrument. The DCS system was proved available to measure/ test the annealing process parameters required and optimize the control of the whole annealing process, thus gaining significant result in actual production. It has good prospects and wide applications in the processing of rare metals such as titanium and zirconium.
