摘要
目的了解血清尿酸（UA）在正常人群不同性别及年龄段的生理性变化。方法随机选择2007~2008年在我院进行健康体检的健康成人及儿童,对各年龄段不同性别间做t检验,不同性别各年龄段结果进行方差分析中均数的两两比较,并对不同性别结果做单一线图。结果 （1）除儿童组外,其余各组不同性别间均存在显著性差异;（2）男性儿童组与成年组之间均存在显著性差异,男性成人组之间均无显著性差异（F=1.910,P=0.055）,女性45岁以前组段与45岁以后组段存在显著性差异;（3）男性20岁后基本保持稳定水平,女性45岁以前水平较均一,45岁以后呈现明显线性上升趋势。结论正常人血清UA水平在不同性别、年龄段具有不同生理变化。
Objective To study the change of serum uric acid（UA） in normal people with difference age and sex.Method The healthy adults and children were selected as test group.The t test was applied in different sex groups of each age section.The analysis of variance was used to compare the means among each age section of different sex,and the single-line graph was drawn.Results（1）There were obvious differences in all groups except children group.（2）There were obvious differences between male children and adults,while there were no obvious differences among adult groups（F=1.910,P=0.055）.There were obvious differences between the female under 45 years old and over 45 years old.（3）Result kept steady level in the male over 20 years old,result kept steady level in the female under 45,but obvious ascent appeared in the female over 45.Conclusions Serum UA level has different physiological change in nomal people with different age and sex.
