摘要
[目的]观察补肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]将100例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服补肾活血法中药治疗。3个疗程后统计疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80.2%,与对照组组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组经治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)均显著下降,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾活血法结合常规西药治疗糖尿病肾病明显优于单纯常规西药治疗。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue（tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation） method in treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）.[Methods] One hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The patients in control group were treated with Western medicine alone,while the patients in treatment group patients with Chinese herbal medicine of Bushen Huoxue method in addition to the medicine given in the control group.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after treating for three courses.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 80.2%,which was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.In the treatment group,the 24 h urinary albumin,serum creatinine（Scr）,creatinine clearance rate（Ccr）,urea nitrogen（UAER） and glycosylative hemoglobin（HBA1C） were markedly decreased after treatment in comparison with before treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.After treatment,the difference between treatment group and control group was obvious（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Bushen Huoxue method added with the routine Western medicine for treating DN is superior to that by Western medicine alone.
