摘要
目的观察补肾活血法组方联合西药治疗肾病综合征(NS)的临床疗效。方法将120例NS患者随机分为对照组60例和治疗组60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗方法及对症支持治疗:强的松1 mg/(kg·d),顿服,8周后逐渐减量,每周减5 mg;雷公藤多苷10 mg,每天3次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血法组方。两组均治疗3个月后观察临床疗效,于治疗前后采用双缩尿法检测24小时尿蛋白定量;溴甲酚绿检测法检测血白蛋白(ALB)水平;酶法检测胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90%,对照组为65%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量显著下降、血ALB显著升高(P<0.01);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量下降程度优于对照组,血ALB升高程度亦优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后TG、TC水平显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组TC下降程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补肾活血法组方联合西药治疗NS能显著提高临床疗效,降低尿蛋白及血脂。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Formula in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome（ NS）. Methods Totally 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group（ 60 cases） and a control group（ 60 cases）. Both groups applied routine western medicine,symptomatic and supportive treatment with prednisone 1 mg /（ kg·d）,once daily for 8 weeks,after then a 5 mg reduction gradually per week; and tripterygium glycosides 10 mg each time,3 times a day. On the basis of that,the treatment group weas added with Bushen Huoxue Formula. The clinical efficacy was observed after 3-month treatment. The 24 h urinary protein quantitative detection was conducted with biuret assay before and after treatment. Detection of serum albumin（ ALB） was conducted with bromocresol green assay,while detection of total cholesterol（ TC） and triglyceride（ TG）with enzymatic methods. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,which was higher than65% in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The 24 h urinary protein was significantly decreased,while the serum ALB increased after treatment in both groups（ P 0. 01）. The improvement in the 24 h urinary protein and serum ALB in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（ P 0. 01）. The levels of TG and TC after treatments decreased significantly in both groups（ P 0. 01）,especially in the treatment group（ P 0. 01）.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with western medicine could improve the clinical efficacy and reduce urinary protein and blood lipid in the treatment of NS.
