摘要
从振动能量传递的观点,研究柔性基础上动力机械隔振系统功率流传递特性,是当前研究热点问题之一。根据机械和电气学科的交叉性和相似性,将电路分析中的戴维宁等效算法引进到机械隔振系统功率流的计算中推导出柔性基础上设备的单层隔振系统和具有中间质量块的多源多级隔振系统传入到基础的功率流表达式。最后编程进行仿真计算,根据计算结果系统地研究隔振器刚度、隔振器阻尼、中间质量块、基础厚度模量对输入到基础振动功率流的影响规律。
To investigate the dynamic transmission mechanism and control strategy of the flexible isolation system from the viewpoint of power flow is a hot topic in the field of vibration and noise control.Due to the interaction and similarity between mechanical and electrical disciplines,the Thevenin equivalent method in circuit analysis is applied to the power flow calculation in the vibration isolation system.The transmission of power flow in each coupling interface is calculated and the power flow transmission characteristic is analyzed.Program is written by means of the Matlab code for numerical simulation.The response of the system and the power flow transmissibility are simulated,and the vibration isolation system's acceleration curve is plotted.The influence of structural parameters on power flow is systemically studied.The effects of the single-stage and multi-stage vibration isolation systems are compared.
