摘要
本文对ZL-50装载机动臂液压缸活塞杆的疲劳强度和压杆稳定性进行了可靠性分析,并利用优化设计的方法给出了一定可靠度条件下的活塞杆尺寸。为了获得可靠性分析和设计的依据,对动臂液压缸的工作油压进行了测试,利用测试数据进行了平稳性和各态历经性检验,确定了典型工况,根据数据的统计误差分析结果,确定了数据的样本长度。
This paper analyzes the reliabilty of fatigue strength and compressed rod stability of a boom cylinder's piston rod of the ZL-50 loader, and uses optimal design method to give the size of the piston rod uuder certain reliable degree conditions. In order to obtain the basis for reliability analysis and design, the work pressure in the boom cylinder was measured, the stationary and ergodic properties were checked with the measured data, and the typical measuring work conditions were then determined. The sample length of the measured data was determined in accordance with statistical error analysis of the data.
