摘要
立式送料剪切机是乏燃料后处理的首端设备,送料系统是其最重要的运动子系统之一。在对送料系统进行功能分析的基础上,运用基于故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法对送料系统进行可靠性研究,确定影响送料系统可靠性关键零部件,然后结合故障树分析法(FTA)建立送料系统的故障树模型。最后运用蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)方法对送料系统进行可靠性仿真分析,求出系统可靠性指标。送料系统的可靠性分析为其薄弱环节的设计与改进提供了可靠的理论依据。
Vertical shearing machine is one of the key equipments of the Spent Fuel Post Processing. Feeding system has a significant impact on the performance of shearing machine. Reliability research based on failure mode and effect (FMEA) and functional analysis was proposed in this paper to obtain the key parts and components. Fault tree model of feeding system was established. Then, the Monte Carlo method was introduced to calculate the reliability parameters. The reliable theoretical basis of the weak links" improvement measures was provided based on the reliability analysis of feeding system.
