摘要
目的建立一种分析检测清凉含片中薄荷脑的顶空气相色谱方法。方法以吐温80水溶液为顶空溶剂,在85℃的顶空温度下平衡20 min,抽取顶空气体1 ml进样测定。采用DM-WAX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)的毛细管柱,柱温:125℃,进样口温度:150℃,FID检测器温度:180℃。结果薄荷脑在1.25～40.0μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),加样回收率为99.6%～100.5%,RSD均低于2.0%。结论该方法操作简单快速,定量准确,灵敏度高,适用于清凉含片中薄荷脑的质量控制。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of menthol in Qingliang buccal tablets by headspace gas chromatography.Methods The analyses were equilibrated with the oven temperature 85 ℃ for 20 min with polysorbate 80 solution as the matrix medium.Separation was performed on a DM-WAX（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm） capillary column.The temperature of the column oven,injector and FID detector was 125℃,150℃ and 180℃,respectively.Results A good linear relation was obtained in the range of 1.25-40.0 μg/ml for menthol（r=0.9992）.The average recovery ranged from 99.6% to 100.5%,and relative standard deviations were less than 2.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for quality control of Qingliang buccal tablets.
