摘要
针对施工企业物资采购管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出三项改进措施,以通过坚持归口管理,树立市场意识,采取多种采购方式等,规范物资采购管理工作。
This thesis analyzes problems existing in construction enterprise materials purchasing management,propose three improvement measures including insisting on centralized management,establishing market consciousness,and applying various purchasing means and so on,so as to policy purchasing management.
