摘要
提出一种基于轮廓编码的二值图像噪声滤除算法． 该算法既能有效地滤除二值化图纸图像中的各类噪声，又可很好地保护图像中的细结构成分及线段的连通性．另外，该算法也可保护图中不同成分之间的分离性．
This paper presents an image contour coding filtering algorithm which can remove noises effectively while does not destroy the thin structure and the connectivity of lines in the binary image of drawing. In addition, this algorithm can protect the separability of different elements in the image.
