摘要
随着知识经济与高新技术的迅猛发展,终身教育逐步成为国际性的教育思潮,并成为许多国家的基本教育政策和策略。作为我国教育体系重要组成部分之一的成人高校教育,为国家和社会各项事业的建设提供了源源不断的人才保证,成人教育教师担负着培养现代化建设所需要的合格人才的重任,要很好地完成这项任务,就必须抓好成人教育教师培养工作,建设一支适应市场经济建设和成人教育特点要求的成人教育教师队伍。
With the fast development of the knowledge economy and the new high- tech, the life -long education has gradually become the international ideological trend, and the basic educational policies and strategies for countries as well. As an important component of the China~ education system, adult universities successively provide well - educated talents for the all - around construc- tions of the country and the society. The teachers are much responsible for the provision of the qualified talents for modernization construction. In order to fulfill the task better, we must stress much emphasis on the nurturance of the teachers for adult education and build a contingent of teachers qualified for the market economy and the characteristics of the adult education.
