摘要
随着信息化发展,开展高效、全面的数字化建设已经成为医院的当务之急。根据企业医院改制后面临生存困境,结合我院实际,明确信息化建设的必要性,剖析我院信息化建设现状与发展战略,探讨如何更好地依托数字化平台,用信息化管理模式促进和改变传统管理模式,提升医院的管理水平。
With the development of informatization, the urgent affair for a hospital is to start the highly-efficient and comprehensive construction of digitalization. With the fact that the enterprise hospitals facing the surviving trouble after system reform, the writers, combining the practical situation of their hospital, make the necessity of informatization construction clear, analyze the present situation of informatization construction and the developmental strategies, explore the ways to promote and change the traditional management mode and improve the management in the hospital by applying the platform of digitalization and the managerial mode of informatization.
