微格教学的实践问题与对策分析 被引量:3

摘要 微格教学是师范生和在职教师提高教学技能的重要方式。但在微格教学训练中,局部的优化与整体优化可能不一致,角色扮演的训练结果在实际教学情境的迁移会有困难,不同的微格教学技能训练成效差异较大,教学技能的规范性与与教师的个性表现存在一定矛盾。提高微格教学成效,则需要把各项教学技能进行有序训练和有机整合训练,在把握教学技能训练差异的基础上实施训练,要通过多种方式提高微格教学技能的实战效果,构建学生整体的教育素养。
