摘要
研究了以乙硫氮或丁黄药为捕收剂时,矿浆pH和电位对闪锌矿单矿物浮选行为的影响,并通过紫外光谱分析了不同pH和电位条件下闪锌矿对丁黄药或乙硫氮的吸附情况。结果表明:两种捕收剂体系中,闪锌矿都只在pH值不超过4.67的酸性条件下可浮,而小于原始电位的低电位环境将导致闪锌矿可浮性严重下降;紫外光谱分析结果与浮选试验结果一致。
The influences of pulp pH and different potentials on the flotation behavior of sphalerite with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC)or butyl xanthate as collector were studied.And the adsorption capacity of sphalerite on sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC)or butyl xanthate in different pH values and different potentials were also analyzed by ultraviolet spectrum.The result showed that with the two collecting agents,the flotation of sphalerite was realized at acid conditions of less than pH4.67 and its floatability was seriously decreased with the potential lowered than the original one.The analysis results by the ultraviolet spectrum are consistent with the floatation behavior of sphalerite.
