摘要 冬瓜山铜矿系新建大型现代化铜矿山,矿石属高硫难选矿石,矿物组成复杂,是目前发现的最难处理的含铜矿石类型之一。通过对浮选药剂条件的优化及部分流程结构的攻关改造,有效地抑制了易浮脉石矿物和磁黄铁矿的上浮,减少了中矿的循环量,工艺指标得到全面的提高,铜精矿品位达到20%以上,选铜回收率达到85%以上。 Donggua Mine is large modernized copper mine which has been constructed recently. The components of ore is very complex for dressing with high sulphur. This ore is one kind of that most difficult for treatment in the world at present. On the base of optimization on float agents and rebuilt of flow process, the easy - floating gangue and pyrrhotite is constrained efficiently, and the burden of circulation is also reduced, So the indicators is improved in all aspects, the rate of copper in concentrate reaches over 20%, and the recovery of copper - dressing raises above 85% too.
