摘要
针对在需求侧管理下,如何应用实际电网负荷开展调峰权交易问题展开了研究,提出考虑需求侧管理的调峰权交易方法。该方法通过对实际负荷进行负荷还原,得到电网用户的真实用电需求,从而定量分析各个机组的调峰工作。该方法采用社会效益最优模型,考虑了电网真实用电需求对发电侧机组调峰能力的要求。上海电网实际算例表明该方法可以有效反映出电网调峰成本,指导发电企业之间的调峰权交易。
This paper conducts a study on how to carry out peak regulation right market using the actual load under DSM,and proposes a peak regulation right trading model considering DSM.By reducing the actual load,real demand of consumers for electric power can be known.Then a quantitative analysis of peak regulation work of generators can be realized.This method uses the model of optimal social efficiency,and considers the requirements for the peak capacity of generators on the power side by the real demand in power grid.The example based on Shanghai power grid shows this model can reflect the cost of peak regulation effectively, and guide the peak regulation right trading for electric power company.
