摘要
目的:研究宽苞水柏枝醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从宽苞水柏枝嫩枝95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为myriearinA(1),myriearinB(2),3α-羟基-14-taraxeren-28酸(3),myricadiol(4),trans—ferulic acid 22-hydroxydocosanoic acid ester(5),docosyl-3,4-dihydroxy—trans—cinnamate(6),3,5,7-三羟基-3′,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(7),3,5,4′-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(8),3,5,4′-三羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(9),3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(10),3-羟基4-甲氧基-反式桂皮酸(11),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-反式桂皮醛(12),香草醛(13),丁香醛(14),3,3′,4′,-三甲氧基鞣花酸(15),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(16)。结论:化合物5,6,12,13,14,15,16为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1—7、10—16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract of Myricaria bracteata. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified by physical charac- ters and spectroscopic analysis. Result: Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion of the 95% ethanolic extract of Myricaria bracteata, and identified as myricafin ( 1 ), myfiearin B ( 2 ), 3α-hydroxytaraxer-14-en-28-oic acid ( 3 ) , myricadiol ( 4 ), trans-ferulic acid 22-hydroxydoeosanoic acid ester ( 5 ), docosyl-3, 4-dihydroxy-trans-cinnamate ( 6 ), dillenetin ( 7 ), 3, 5, 4′-trihy- droxy-7- methoxyflavone (8), 3, 5, 4′-tfihydroxy-7, 3'-dimethoxyflavone ( 9 ), methyl 3, 5-dihydroxy-4- methoxybenzoate ( 10), 3-hy- droxy-4-methoxy einnamic acid ( 11 ) , sinapaldehyde ( 12 ) , vanillin ( 13 ), syringaldehyde ( 14 ), 3, 3′, 4′'-trimethoxyellagic acid ( 15 ), methyl p-hyroxybenzoate(16). Conclusion : Compounds 5, 6, 12-16 were isolated from the genus Myficaria for the fist time, all of the compounds were isolated from this plant for the fist time, except for 8 and 9.
