摘要
目的探讨网络探究式学习在基础护理学教学中的应用方法及效果。方法研究组70名学生在基础护理学"常用注射法"的教学中,采用网络探究式学习;对照组70名学生采用传统教学方法。比较两组的考核成绩,同时采用问卷调查法了解研究组对网络探究式学习的评价。结果研究组"常用注射法"操作考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。从回收的68份有效问卷分析,研究组64名(94.12%)学生认为网络探究式学习任务符合自身学习需要,39名(57.35%)学生认为新模式比传统教学方法好,21名(30.88%)学生认为效果差不多;学生对网络探究式学习的兴趣得分为(3.32±0.76)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,学生对网络探究式学习的认识度和专业学习态度影响其网络探究式学习的兴趣。结论网络探究式学习可成为我国培养高素质护理人才的一条有效途径。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of WebQuest in the teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing.Methods WebQuest was used in experimental group in the teaching of Injections.Traditional teaching method was used in control group.The students' performance on theory and skills examination was compared between the two groups.The students' attitude towards WebQuest was investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The students' performance on skills examination of injection in the experimental group was significantly better than that in control group.In the experimental group,64(94.12 percent) students agreed that their tasks met their study needs;39(57.35 percent) agreed that the effect of WebQuest was better than that of traditional method and 21(30.88 percent) thought they had the same effect.The mean score of interest in WebQuest was 3.32±0.76.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the students' recognition to WebQuest and professional attitude were influencing factors of interest in WebQuest.Conclusion WebQuest is a good strategy for nursing education.
