摘要
随着高校扩建,高校新校区教学办公建筑在使用期出现了各种缺陷。通过实地调查济南四所高校,总结得到高校新校区教学办公建筑使用期间存在缺陷的情况,并进行初步原因分析,最后得出结论。
With the expansion of campus teaching office building ,there are various defects occurred in the life of the building. Based on the field investigation of Jinan four tmiversities,this paper summarizes the defective condition of new campus teaching office building in the use period, preliminarily analysis the causes ,and finally make a conclusions.
