摘要 根据建筑功能要求和当地气候特点,在总体规划和单体设计中,科学合理地确定建筑朝向、平面形状、空间布局、外观体型、间距,选用节能型建筑材料,保证建筑外维护结构的保温隔热等热工特性,应用节能技术措施,尽可能减少建筑物能耗,获得理想的节能效果。 In the overall planning and monomer design, the facing, shapes, layout, appearance and spacing of certain departmental teaching buildings on the new campus of Fujian University of Technology (FJUT) were explored in accordance with the functional requirements of the construction and characteristics of the local climate. Energy-efficient building materials were utilized to maintain the thermal characteristics of the insulation layer. Energy-saving technical measures were adopted to minimize energy consumption of the buildings and to achieve best energy saving effect.
