摘要
以不同基因型砧木品系为试材,研究其嫁接黄瓜产量、果霜以及抗病性和抗寒性。结果表明,不同基因型砧木对黄瓜枯萎病的抗性均达到高抗或免疫程度,对霜霉病的抗性均在22%左右,抗病性差异不明显;而对产量、抗寒性、果实表面果霜的影响差异明显,达到极显著水平,其中,A2、B1和A1综合表现优于黑籽南瓜,是优良的砧木类型。A2早期产量和总产量均显著高于黑籽南瓜;B1早期产量明显高于对照,总产量与之相近,但果实完全没有果霜;A1的早期产量和总产量与对照相近,但只有少数果实有果霜。
This experiment is conducted with different strains of genotypic rootstocks to test the impact of these rootstocks on the yields,superficial bloom,disease resistance and cold resistance of grafted cucumber.This experiment indicated that cucumber plants grafted with different genotypic rootstocks were high resistant or immune to cucumber Fusarium Wilt.The resistance to downy mildew of these rootstocks is 22%,differences were not obvious;however,the influences of them on yields,cold resistance and superficial bloom were obviously different.Among them,the overall performances of rootstocks A2,B1,and A1 were superior to Cucurbita ficifolia and they are excellent types of rootstocks.The early production and total output of cucumber on A2 rootstock were fairly higher than those on Cucurbita ficifolia;the early production of cucumber on B1 rootstock were obviously higher than the control,its total production was similar to the control,but there was no boom on fruits.The early and total production of grafted cucumber on A1 were almost equal to the control,bloom only appeared on a few of fruits.
