摘要
微针是经皮给药的物理促渗方法之一,有着很好的市场前景。本文介绍微针的透皮促渗机制、促进药物经皮渗透的因素、复合技术以及微针在大分子经皮促渗中的应用。
Microneedle is a physical approach to enhance penetration in transdermal drug delivery system which has promising market prospect.The action mechanisms of promoting penetration,factors of promoting drug percutaneous penetration,composite technology and application of microneedles in macromolecules′ percutaneous penetration are summarized in this paper.
