摘要
电力系统低频振荡时常发生,准确预警低频振荡成为抑制其发生的前提。本文介绍基于相量测量装置的低频振荡在线监视系统的功能,该系统对相量测量装置(PMU)提供的多机相对功角曲线进行分析,应用EEAC理论及Prony分析方法对可能产生的低频振荡进行预警,从而使运行人员根据实际情况迅速作出判断并采取有效措施,从而保证电力系统的安全稳定。
The low frequency oscillatiom in power system often occur.The accurate extraction of oscillation frequency becomes the premise which suppresses it to occur.Based on the introduction of the phasor measurement unit on-line monitoring system of low frequency oscillation.The system of phasor measuring unit(PMU) provides many relative Angle curve is analysed and the low frequency oscillation for possible early warning,thereby operators according to the actual situation of rapid judgement and adopt effective measures to ensure the safety and stability of power system.
