摘要
试验对冬富士苹果清汁中棒曲霉素(Pat)脱除用的8种型号大孔吸附树脂静态吸附、解吸率进行了比较,方差分析选定LSA-900B、LS-803和XDA-600为优选树脂,检测了这3种树脂处理后苹果清汁的吸光度、色值、透光率、浊度、糖度和酸度变化。结果表明:3种型号树脂在50℃下对苹果清汁中Pat静态吸附率分别达到92.55%、90.67%和89.01%,其组间差异不显著(P<0.05);3种树脂经乙酸乙酯对Pat洗脱,静态解吸率分别达到75.91%、58.37%和75.67%,组间差异也不显著(P<0.05);经3种树脂处理后,4项正相关影响指标的波动幅度依次为浊度>吸光度>色值>透光率(α=0.01);2项负相关影响指标的波动幅度酸度>糖度(α=0.01)。
Patulin(Pat) existed in apple juice(AJ) was experimental designed removed by macro reticular adsorption resins individually branded as LSA-900B,XDA-600,LS-803,LS-806,LSF-500,HPD-850,DM-2,DM-3.The residue of Pat in AJ was determined with the help of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The absorbance,color value,light transmittance,turbidity,BRIX and acidity were detected through each index standard test method.The results show as follows:static adsorption rate of Pat in LSA-900B,LS-803 and XDA-600 resins at temperature 50 ℃ reached separately to 92.55%,90.67% and 89.01%,The desorption rate via ethyl acetate reached correspondingly to 75.91%,58.37% and75.67%.Either absorption or desorption between three resins showed intragroup indifference in significance test(P0.05).Three resins are referred to be available to remove Pat from AJ in producing with absorbance,color value,light transmittance and turbidity significantly improved meanwhile BRIX and acidity deduced relatively slight.
