摘要
基于职业技术师范本科院校为中等职业学校培养专业师资的独特性质,其构建食品科学与工程专业实验教学体系应在满足本科层次学术性要求的基础上,尽可能多地覆盖中职专业知识技能需求。据此,应遵循针对性、实用性、全面性以及逻辑性原则,设计模块化实验教学体系。
Based on the unique nature of cultivating professional teaching staff for secondary vocational schools of vocational and technical teachers' bachelor universities,the construction of experiment teaching system of food science and engineering specialty should try to cover professional knowledge and skills demand of secondary vocational education on the basis of satisfying the academic requirements of bachelor education.Therefore,the modularized experimental teaching system can be designed according to the principles of pertinence,practicality,comprehensiveness and logicality.
