摘要
针对农户(农场)不同耕地地块的大小,新疆水利水电科学研究院自主研制了针对小农户小地块(〈6.7hm2)的单芯单体叠片过滤器,同时还研制出了针对农场大地块(6.7~33.3 hm2)的大流量的三芯叠片过滤器和三联体组合叠片过滤器。对自主研发的叠片过滤器进行了水力性能、抗堵塞性能及耐压力3方面的试验。研究结果表明,自主研发的叠片过滤器不仅在水力性能及技术水平方面均达到了设计标准,而且在价格上比进口同类产品低40%以上。该研制成果能有效地降低国内同类节水灌溉设备的经济投入,增加农户的经济收入。
In accordance with the dimensions of plot sizes of farmlands,Xinjiang Water Resources Research Institute has independently developed a single-core unit disc filter that is suitable for a smaller plot size(6.7 hm2) and larger flow rate disc filters,namely three-core unit and three-unit combined disc filters,that can fit into a larger plot size(6.7~33.3 hm2).In this paper,experiments are carried out to test the hydraulic performance,anti-clogging properties,and pressure resistance of the disc filters.The results indicate that the independently-developed disc filter met the design standard in hydraulic performance and technical level.In addition,the price decreases by 40% of the similar products abroad.These developed disc filters can reduce investment of the domestic water-saving irrigation equipment and increase farmer's income.
