温室滴灌首部系统水力性能测试研究

Experimental research on hydraulic performance of the head part of drip irrigation system in facilities agriculture

摘要 温室灌溉系统的水力性能是灌溉生产和配套的重要依据。针对3种常用的叠片过滤器(1.5、1.2、1.0 inch)设计了5种典型的首部组合,并测试其水力性能,为首部选型提供基础数据。通过试验,得到如下结论:(1)内部结构简单、尺寸较大的叠片过滤器,水力性能较好;(2)5种组合中,组合1的水头损失最小,且各分部水头损失比例最为均匀、稳定;(3)首部水头损失主要来自于水表、过滤器及其他部件等部位,首部水头损失较大,一般应控制首部水头损失在10 m以下。 Hydraulic performance of irrigation systems in greenhouse plays an important role in equipping with irrigation facilities. In this research, three commonly used laminated filters (1.5, 1.2, 1.0 inch)were designed to construct 5 typical types of head part of drip irrigation system and their hydraulic performance was tested to provide basic data for the components selection. Based on the experimental results, some conclusions are shown as the following, (1)With the increase of the filter size, the water head loss of the head part is reduced accordingly. And simpler the internal structure is, better the hydraulic performance will be. (2)Among the five typical types, combination one has the smallest water head loss and the most uniform and stable proportion of water head loss in each segment. (3)The water head loss in the head part of drip irrigation system should be controlled at 10 m or less. The loss mainly is caused by water meter, filters and other components, and the biggest proportion of water head loss is resulted from water meter.
