摘要
以超稳Y沸石分子筛(USY)负载La2O3作为催化剂,在100 mL高压釜反应器中进行了甲苯与叔丁醇的烷基化反应。考察了不同La2O3负载量对甲苯与叔丁醇烷基化反应的影响,并用XRD、NH3-TPD等手段对几种负载型催化剂的物化性质进行了表征。当La2O3的负载量为20%时,La2O3仍在USY表面上高度分散,催化剂焙烧温度为573 K时,对叔丁基甲苯的选择性最高为88.05%,叔丁基甲苯的选择性达到99.68%。采用20%La2O3/USY作为催化剂,研究了各种反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果发现,在适宜的反应条件下,即催化剂的焙烧温度573 K、反应温度453 K、反应时间3 h、叔丁醇与甲苯的摩尔比为3,甲苯转化率达48.59%,对叔丁基甲苯的选择性为85.29%。
The alkylation of toluene with tert-butyl alcohol was carried out with lanthanum oxide supported on ultrastable Y zeolite(La2O3/USY) as catalyst in a 100 mL stainless steel batch reactor equipped with a stirrer.The physicochemical properties of La2O3/USY with different La2O3 loadings were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),ammonia program temperature desorption(NH3-TPD),and their catalytic performances were investigated via the tert-butylation of toluene.When the La2O3 loading is as high as 20%(wt),La2O3 could be highly dispersed on the surface of USY,the selectivity of tert-butyltoluene can reach 99.68% and the selectivity of p-tere-butyltoluene reaches 88.05% by using 20% La2O3/USY catalyst with calcination temperature of 573 K.The influences of various reaction conditions on the catalytic performances of 20% La2O3/USY catalyst were discussed.It was found that,48.59% conversion of toluene and 85.29% selectivity of p-tert-butyltoluene can be obtained under following optimal conditions: calcination temperature of 573 K,reaction temperature of 453 K,reaction time of 3 h,the molar ratio of toluene to tert-butyl alcohol equal to 1:3.
