溶胶-凝胶法合成La_2Ni_xCo_(1-x)O_4及其在CH_4/CO_2重整反应中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了一系列的钙钛矿型复合氧化物La2NixCo1-xO4(x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8),采用XRD、TPR作为表征手段,研究了其在CH4/CO2重整反应中的应用.实验结果表明:经800℃焙烧后,钙钛矿型复合氧化物的结构已形成,而经1 100℃焙烧后,结构已部分分解.在CH4/CO2重整反应中,x=0.2时,由于Ni含量较少,使得甲烷转化率比较低.随着x的增加,Ni含量增加,甲烷转化率提高,表明在CH4/CO2重整反应中,催化剂的Ni含量对催化活性的影响非常明显,而且催化剂活性都明显好于单纯的含Co的La2CoO4催化剂,这与文献[1]的结论一致. A series of Co-doped perovskite-like mixed oxides Laz NixCo1-xO4 were prepared by citric acid complexing method and characterized by XRD and TPR techniques. The experimental results showed that the series of mixedoxides catalysts calcined at 800℃ possessed the characteristic perovskite structure. During the carbon dioxide reforming of methane reaction, the activities of the catalysts apparently increased with the increase of x-values. It was found that the content of nickel in the catalysts has an obvious effect on both CH4 and CO2 conversion.
