Secondary school English teachers belief that they should stress the practical teaching, promote the development of students' independent learning and active development, persist teachers' professional development. These beliefs comprehensive reflect the professional quality of secondary school English teacher. It contains the basic education required ideas by modern educa- tion reform. It is the power source and effective support to excellent English teachers' high-efficiency teaching behavior.
