三氟氯乙烯与乙烯基醚共聚物乳胶粒性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用氧化还原引发体系制备稳定的、可室温交联的三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基正丁醚-羟丁基乙烯基醚共聚乳液,并对聚合物结构进行红外光谱、核磁共振表征,研究乳化剂全氟辛酸铵用量对乳胶粒径及粒径分布的影响,以及不同单体配比对乳胶粒子形态及乳胶膜与水接触角的影响。结果表明:随着乳化剂用量的增加,乳胶粒子逐渐减小,粒径分布变窄;引入含羟基单体羟丁基乙烯基醚会使乳胶粒之间出现粘连现象,聚合物乳胶涂膜与水接触角会随着羟丁基乙烯基醚增加而逐渐减小。 The ambient temperature curable emulsion of chlorotrifluoroe thylene-butyl vinyl ether-hydroxy butyl vinyl ether was synthesized by using K2S2O3-NaHSO3 as redox initiator system. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR and NMR. The influences of different emulsifier to the latex particle size and distribution were investigated, and the influence of the monomers proportions on the latex particle with different ratio of hydroxy butyl vinyl ether was also studied. The angle of latex film with water was studied. The results showed that increasing the emulsifier made the latex particle size small, :the conglutination of the latex turned more with increasing hydroxy butyl vinyl ether (HBVE). The connect angles of the latex film with water turned small with enhancing the HBVE.
