摘要
针对聚酰亚胺的耐热特点,利用高压静电纺丝技术.以聚酰胺酸(PAA)为电纺液,制备聚酰亚胺(PI)绝缘无纺布.并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(sEM)对PAA及PI绝缘无纺布的化学结构、表面形态进行表征,采用热重分析(TGA)对PAA及PI的耐热性能进行了测试。结果表明:经高温热环化所产生的PI绝缘无纺布,纤维直径分布在0.5-2μm,纤维间出现弯曲、扭转和粘连现象。PI绝缘无纺布热分解温度在500℃以上。
The non-woven membranes of polyimide for insulation are prepared by electrospinning a poly(amic acid) solution, a precursor of polyimide, followed by thermal imidization because of the thermal resistance of polyimide, the chemical structure, surface morphology, thermal stability of polyimide and polyamic acid were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Thermogravimetry Analysis(TGA) . The result shows that the fiber diameters of the insulation non-woven membranes of polyimide are much smaller and distributed at 0.5-2 μm. The SEM images fibers of the insulation non-woven membranes of polyimide show bending, twisting and cross linking. The thermal decomposition temperature of insulation non-woven membranes of polyimide is above 500℃.
