摘要
在阿道尔夫泵阀运动微分方程的基础上,研究了抽油泵泵阀的运动规律。为了解决阿道尔夫泵阀运动微分方程在泵阀开启初期的奇点问题,综合考虑了液体可压缩性、泵阀运动的魏氏效应对泵筒内液体连续流条件的影响以及泵阀运动的动力特性,建立了泵阀运动数学模型。同时,应用数值积分法建立了泵阀运动规律的仿真模型,并编写了泵阀运动的计算机仿真程序。室内台架模拟试验结果表明,建立的泵阀运动规律数学模型具有较高的仿真精度。
On the basis of the Adolph's differential equation of movement of the reciprocating pump valve, the motion pattern of oil pump valve is investigated. To solve the problem of singular point with the Adolph's differential equation of pump valve motion, in consideration of the dynamic characteristics of pump valve motion and the influence of the liquid compressibility and the Westphal's phenomenon of pump valve motion on the continuous flow condition of liquid in the cylinder, a mathematical model for the pump valve motion is set up. And a simulation model for motion pattern of the pump valve is also established by using the numerical integration method with the program of computer simulation of pump valve motion developed. The result of lab test shows that the mathematical model established is of high simulation accuracy.
