摘要
往复泵泵阀振动信号的常规频谱分析,由于故障特征信息往往被淹没于强大的噪声以及相邻部件的干扰而使诊断精度大打折扣。研究了泵阀振动波形的规律和提取规则,并提出了特征波形的细化谱分析。通过模拟试验建立了正常泵阀和故障泵阀的细化谱,再经故障验证试验表明了泵阀故障细化谱诊断法的有效性。
The accuracy of traditional spectrum analysis for the diagnosis of reciprocating pump valve is not satisfied for the interference of the noise and the vibration of the adjacent parts. The vibration wave-form of pump valve is studied, two rules are put forward to extract the diagnostic information and then the FFT of the extracted wave is applied to analyze the faults of valve. The characteristic spectrums of normal and fault pumps are established by simulation experiment and this method is validated by another experiment.
