摘要
在分析输变电设备风险评估导则模型基础上,引入变电站的地位、接线方式等因素,确定变电站风险程度。采用定量与定性结合的分析方法,对风险评估的模型及参量进行修正,在运行参数不完整的情况下,应用于输变电主设备的风险评估,达到合理评价风险等级和指导状态检修策略选择与制定的目的,实践取得一定的应用效果。
Based on the analysis of the model of power transmission and transformation equipment risk assessment guideline,the risk level of substation is determined by its status and connecting method.By the quantitative and qualitative analysis method,the risk evaluation model and parameters are revised.In the case of the incomplete operation parameters,it is used in the risk evaluation of main power transmission and transformation equipments aiming at calculating the risk level and guiding the state overhaul strategic choice and establishing,which gets certain application effect.
