摘要
介绍了一种简化的太阳能电池双二极管数学模型。在光伏系统的应用中,尤其是在低照度条件下,双二极管模型能够更加准确地预测太阳能电池的性能。为了减少该模型的计算量,简化了电流方程,只需四个参数即可计算。提出了一种高效的迭代方法计算串联电阻和并联电阻,并在Matlab中进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该模型能较好地符合太阳能电池的I-U特性。
This paper presented a simplified two-diode model to represent the photovohaic (PV) cell. The two- diode model is known to have better accuracy at low irradiance level which allows for a more accurate prediction of PV system performance. To reduce computational time, the current equation is simplified, which requires only four parameters. The values of Rp and Rs are estimated by an efficient iteration method. Furthermore, the model is sim- ulated in Matlab. The simulation results show that the model well agrees with the I-U property of PV cells.
