摘要
土壤养分空间分布的三维可视化对描述土壤中元素的空间分布规律、变量施肥及评价具有重要意义。三维可视化与传统的二维空间变异专题图相比,表示三维数据更自然、更清晰、更直观。利用Python语言引入三维可视化类库VTK,采用三维Kriging插值方法,实现了土壤养分空间分布的三维交互。以榆树市试验田土壤养分三维可视化为例,在肥力评价的基础上,验证了变量施肥的实验结果,比二维空间变异图更加直观,更有说服力。
Three-dimensional visualization spatial distribution of soil nutrients is essential to describe the spatial distribution of elements,variable rate and evaluation of fertilization.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional spatial variation thematic maps,three-dimensional data is expressed more naturally,clearly and intuitively.In this paper,by using Python language,three-dimensional visualization library VTK was introduced,and by using three-dimensional Kriging interpolation method,three-dimensional spatial distribution of soil nutrients intersect was realized.The experimental field of Yushu visualization of soil nutrients was introduced in order to evaluate fertility and verify experimental results of the variable rate fertilization,and the results showed that the three-dimensional visualization was more intuitive and persuasive.
