淀粉样脑血管病研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 淀粉样变性是指机体组织内B淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白有淀粉样物质沉着的病理改变,可发生在老年性退变的组织中,如老年斑。而淀粉样脑血管病（cerebral amyloid angiopathy,CAA）即是其中较常见者。
