摘要
共同配送能够产生较大的经济效益。但是,其产生的经济效益如何在各个合作企业之间进行合理分配是共同配送发展的障碍之一。共同配送,从构成模式与组织形式上看,符合博弈论中的合作对策。文中运用合作对策理论来解决共同配送利益的分配问题。同时,考虑到任何合作联盟都存在合作风险,文中在传统的夏普利值法中引入合作风险因子,解决合作过程中合作风险带来的交易成本上升问题。
Common distribution can generate large economic benefits.But how to assign the economic benefits generated by the common distribution between the cooperative enterprise is one of the barriers which restricts the development of the common distribution.From the form mode and type of organization,common distribution accords with cooperative game of the game theory.This paper uses the cooperative game to resolve the assigning in the common distribution.At the same time,because of co-risk existing in cooperative alliances,the paper introduces co-risk factor into the traditional Shapley value,which solve the increased transaction costs caused by co-risk.
