摘要
采购管理作为供应链物流的起点,随着全球物流一体化的发展,采供关系已发生了深刻的变化。本文从供应链一体化的时代大背景出发,系统分析了供应链上采供双方进行充分合作博弈的必要性, 又运用夏普利值(Shapley-value)法分析其充分合作的充分性,结论对实践中的战略采供关系研究有一定的参考价值。
