摘要
文章针对安永线工艺存在问题和凝管隐患,提出了9条对策和建议,有利于应对安永线凝管事故,确保了今后安永线的安全运行。
For problems in the process and condensating pipes hidden of An Yong oil line,this paper puts forword nine response measures and suggestions,which favorably dealing with the line condensating tube will appear again and ensuring ensure the safe operation of the line in the future.
