摘要
以某500 kV变电站28 m焊接构架柱的设计条件为依据,通过螺栓构架柱和焊接构架柱的对比分析,得出螺栓构架柱可以取代焊接构架柱运用于输变电工程中;通过对螺栓构架柱柱顶各构件包括盖板、顶板和竖板厚度以及螺栓型号、螺栓布置等因素对构架柱整体刚度和强度的影响研究,得到了各因素具体影响程度的差别,为螺栓连接的新型构架柱设计和优化提供了理论依据.
The design conditions of a welding truss-column with height of 28 m for a certain 500 kV substation were referenced. Via the comparative analysis between the welding and bolting truss columns, the conclusion that the bolting truss column could applied to power transmission and transformation engineering instead of the welding column is drawn. Otherwise, via the research on the effects of the cover plate thickness, the top plate thickness, the vertical plate thickness, and the type and arrangement of connecting bolts on the global stiffness and intensity of the bolting truss-column, difference among the effect degree of these factors are also obtained. And the results are favorable theoretical references for the design and optimization design of the bolting truss-column.
