摘要
专业实习是应用型人才培养的重要实践教学环节,是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的主要途径,是大学生职业规划中培养实践能力的关键环节。以浙江师范大学广告学专业实习为例,通过对实习现状的分析,剖析目前应用性专业实习普遍存在的问题,进而提出解决目前应用型专业实习的对策和建议,旨在提高专业实习的效果,培养社会需要的高级应用型人才。
Internship is an important practical step in the professional instructions and training of applied talents,which is also the main way of improving the practical and innovative ability of students and the key step in the career planning of university students.According to analysis of internship in the advertising specialty and its common problems,we propose solutions and advices to the current internships of applied specialties,to improve the effects of internships and train more advanced application talents for the country.
