摘要 目的:探讨冲击波对输尿管功能的影响。方法:将84只成年兔随机分为14组,每组6只。第1组为正常对照组;第2~14组为实验组,分别接受不同冲击次数和不同间隔时间的冲击,在冲击后不同时间取材,观察输尿管平滑肌收缩力。结果:较之对照组,实验组在平滑肌收缩力上差异显著(P〈0.05);并且随冲击次数的增强、间隔时间的缩短,平滑肌收缩力逐渐减弱,且组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论:临床剂量的冲击波能导致输尿管发生功能的受损,而这与冲击次数、间隔时间有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of shock wave on the function of rabbit ureter. Methods: A total of 84 mature rabbits were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups, each of whieh contains 6 ones. Treatment groups received different amounts of shock energy with different intervals and their ureteral segments were taken out at different time after the treatment . All samples were examined for their contractility. Results: There was signifieent difference between control group and treatment groups on the contraction amplitude of ureteral smooth muscle which were elevated or reduced with the raised shock amounts and shortened intervals respectively. Conclusion: Clinical doses of shock waves could result in functional injury of the ureter , which were related with shock amounts and intervals.
