摘要
橡胶注射成型工艺技术经过多年的发展,现已经在汽车、电子等行业用橡胶制品的加工和生产中得到广泛应用,提高了生产效率和橡胶产品质量,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。本文详细介绍了国内外注射工艺技术和注射设备的研究和发展现状,对于国内推广注射成型工艺技术提出了有用建议。
After years of development, rubber injection molding techniques have being widely used in processing product for automobiles and electron industries etc which increased the production efficiency, product quality of rubber as well as decreased the work intensity and product cost. This paper has introduced the present condition of research and development of injection technique and equipment at home and abroad in detail, and put forward useful advises about howto spread the technique of injection molding in china.
