摘要
由于汽车半轴护套漏油在故障中占大部分,护套破损漏油会影响用户使用体验,并且外部泥沙等会进入护套内部,造成内部磨损,影响半轴的使用寿命。为了解决护套漏油问题,对半轴护套漏油故障进行分类分析和总结,并提供了检查护套的一般方法。通过采取相应的优化措施,从而改善了漏油问题的发生。
Since the oil leakage of the automobile half-shaft boot accounts for most of the failures,the damaged oil leakage of the boot affects the user experience,and the external mud and sand enter the interior of the boot,then causing internal wear and tear and affecting the service life of the half shaft.In order to solve the problem of boot's oil leakage,the oil leakage failure of the half shaft boot was classified and analyzed,and a general method for checking the boot was provided.By taking corresponding optimization measures,the occurrence of oil leakage is improved.
