摘要
结合对ADHD和抽动障碍中医文献研究,笔者从中医学的角度对ADHD共患抽动障碍进行了初步探讨,认为其病位与五脏皆相关,其中与肝的关系最为密切;病机为阴虚阳亢,风动痰扰。临床中以肾虚肝亢型多见,治疗应滋肾平肝,息风化痰。
Through literature research on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） and tic disorder,ADHD accompanying tic disorder is discussed from the standpoint of TCM.The location of ADHD accompanying tic disorder is associated with liver,kidney,spleen,heart and lung.The pathological mechanism is deficient yin,hyperactive yang,wind agitation and phlegm disturbance.The primary syndrome type is kidney-deficiency and liver-hyperactivity in clinical practice.The principle of treatment is nourishing the kidney,suppressing hyperactive liver,extinguishing wind and eliminating phlegm.
