摘要
当代高校的研究生正面临前所未有的心理压力,若不合理解决,会对他们的身心健康造成不利的影响。体育活动对缓解研究生心理压力方面有着积极的作用。采用文献综述法对研究生所面临的心理压力及体育运动对缓解研究生心理压力的作用进行分析探讨,并提出建议,以期为通过体育活动缓解研究生心理压力的干预方式提供理论依据。
The college post-graduates are currently encountering universal psychological pressure.If it can not be solved reasonably,it will have a bad effect on their physical and mental health.Sports activities exert a constructive impact on alleviating the psychological pressure of current post-graduates.The paper analyses the psychological pressure which current post-graduate are encountering and the impact of sports activities on alleviating the psychological pressure of current post-graduates via Literature Review,and put up with suggestions,expecting to offer theoretical evidence for the way of alleviating the psychological pressure of current post-graduates via sports activities.
